Trevin Hujber established Formed Construction Inc. in early 2022, and is purposefully building a skilled-team of experts who share his enthusiasm to strive for higher standards in the construction of custom homes in Edmonton.
The decision to undertake a new-build is a significant investment and the process can be overwhelming. We believe you should be free to enjoy the process, and our experienced and flexible approach allows for just that – we sweat the details while you engage at the level of involvement that you’re comfortable with. Meet Trevin.
As the Managing Partner of Formed, Trevin is directly involved and hands on with every project. His passion not only comes from construction and building science but from the connections formed with the amazing people who inhabit each home and the many talented people involved in bringing these projects to life. Trevin is someone you can trust to uphold the highest quality standards and rely on to be your project’s biggest advocate and teammate.
Studying engineering at the University of Saskatchewan and soon after diving into design-build construction after graduation, Trevin has over 12 years of professional experience in the industry. He has built projects with a wide array of size, budget, and complexity, from large-scale commercial buildings and interior tenant fit-ups, to where his passion lies, single-family custom residential homes.
Originally from Saskatchewan, Trevin moved to Edmonton in late 2017 for an opportunity to build custom homes with BattersbyHowat Architects. In early 2022, Trevin started Formed Construction Inc. to expand his business and network within the Edmonton community.
In his spare time, you will find Trevin renovating his 1912-character home in Westmount, helping friends and family with their own DIY projects, and occasionally, playing any sport he can get his hands on!

o Here’s where we get to know one another including your project goals, schedule, budget, etc.
o We work closely with architects and designers to provide constructability and product feedback and to develop preliminary budgets and schedules to reflect the current state of design.
o There’s no obligation to build at this stage, but if we’re both ready to move forward after pre-construction, let’s build it!

o We provide complete access to all your project details throughout the build, including live data on budget, schedule, quotes, timesheets; everything. We’re a team after-all!
o Quality through attention to detail is our highest priority. Clear and consistent communication throughout the build ensures success for the entire project team.

o Our post-build process starts during the build by hiring reputable and qualified trades, providing consistent site supervision and direction, hosting regular client and designer walkthroughs, etc.
o We host homeowner pre-possession, possession, and one-year post-possession walkthroughs to reinforce consistency and transparency throughout the turnover process. At all times, we’re available for any client requests.
